The Women Behind MWCF
The women behind Mothers Who Care are united by a shared passion for service, connection, and community. Through their hearts, talents, and commitment to making a difference, they help create beautiful spaces where women, families, and communities can connect, thrive, and belong.
Meet The Founder
Mothers Who Care Foundation was founded by Meighan Cole-Bailey, a daughter, mother, granddaughter, caregiver, entrepreneur, and community advocate with a heart for serving others.
Her passion for helping people began through her own experiences caring for loved ones and witnessing firsthand the challenges families face when trying to navigate life's transitions, access support, and care for those they love. Those experiences taught her the importance of community, compassion, and having someone in your corner.
Inspired by a simple belief that no one should have to navigate life alone, Meighan founded Mothers Who Care Foundation to create meaningful connections, strengthen communities, and ensure that individuals and families feel seen, valued, and supported.
Today, that vision continues through a growing community of women who lead with heart, serve with purpose, and believe in creating lasting impact through connection, compassion, and action.
